Planning on adding more stuff but this is all I have rn!!! this is Sirius (named after the brightest star in the sky). the idea is that this guy, is an alien! The cool part is that the clock around his neck allows him to manipulate the flow of events (like he can briefly go back in time, slow down time, or get a quick glimpse of the future). of course, this comes at a cost, his energy gets drained every time he uses his power. He can only regain his energy on eclipses (might change this part). i think im gonna add more but yeah
