Welcome to Hungrydemons Clicker, my final big Scratch project! I've been working on this for about a year! Hungrydemons Clicker may at first seem like a generic clicker game, but there's a twist: each upgrade is its own micro-game, based on one of the creations of my friend @hungrydemons2. So, one upgrade based on a space game will shoot lasers which interact with other upgrades, or perhaps you'll end up playing Tetris or investing in stocks! To start, get DXP (Demon XP) by clicking the demon in the middle. Buy upgrades to find more ways to get DXP, and upgrade those upgrades to make them more powerful. Warning: Spoilers below!!! === THE UPGRADES === Destroyer - A space shooter mouse cursor. Shoots bullets every few seconds. Perhaps there's a way to power it up somehow? Hmm... Sequence - Hit the arrow keys to get DXP, but don't make a mistake or you'll end up in debt! NockBack - Click this slimy Terarria thingy to earn points, or just hold down your mouse cursor for a while. The Destroyer bullets work too! Infinity Tower - Like NockBack, but more powerful and slower. Although there could be a way to speed it up... Snow - A cosmetic upgrade that makes everything snowy. Velocity - The faster you click, the more DXP you get! More Velocities allow you to click even faster. 15 Seconds - Multiply the clicking power of the hungrydemon in the middle fifteen-fold! However, it only lasts 15 seconds before you have to buy a new one. Turtle Defender - Spam spacebar to charge up your turtle. Get it to the maximum charge for a bonus! Button Clicker - Click this button or hit spacebar to get DXP quickly. Pencil Dash - This pencil gets you Pencil XP instead of DXP. Move it around using space and you can borrow its PXP as though it is DXP, but watch out- if the pencil crashes, you'll have to pay back your debt! Destroyer 2 - Say there Timmy, what's that you're enjoying? Why, it's breakfast of course! Everyone loves breakfast. But did you know that breakfast is getting a sequel? That's right, it's called Lunch! And critics are raving that lunch will be everything breakfast was and more. With a little luck we may even get a trilogy series out of it. Metal Market - Invest some DXP, wait a while, and see if you win! (This is not real financial advice. Don't make financial decisions based on this game. Please.) Labyrinth - Buy a little green cube, but if you click it, it'll disappear! You're gonna have to have multiple at a time to make a profit. Factory Brawl - This blue circle constantly shoots out bullets that earn you DXP, rapid-fire. Fish Clicker - Click that fish to earn lots of DXP!!! Click the blue arrow to increase your Fish Per Second and buy more fish with different powers. I heard one of these fish houses a cursed power within it... I'm sure it'll be fine. Bird Hop - Like the Labyrinth, you can't let this bird die! Unbuttered - Get rid of that butter to make some perfect unbuttered toast! But don't let the burnt toast get unbuttered. Flappy Dragon - This dragon is alway hunting for DXP, but sometimes it will lose DXP instead. Click on it to ensure that its next escapade bears fruit, but you can only do it 3 times before having to buy a refill. Wave - Click or hold down on this Geometry Dash thingy and it will go out and get you DXP from some mysterious source of DXP. However, be careful: there is a chance that you lose DXP too. Tomato Clicker - Click on this tomato and it will add up all the DXP earned in the last second or so and make that much DXP, essentially doubling it. Sliver Factory - Slivers boost other sources of DXP. Nothing else is known about them. Only a select few can understand the language they speak. Craft - Mine at this one block to get tools and stuff. It's like Minecraft, but without the crafting. PVP - Make a bet and see if you win! It's basically a coin flip, but you can triple your wager if you win! Tetris - Get your blocks into a horizontal line to get DXP. There's only monominoes instead of tetrominoes so it's pretty simple and boring. Credit to for the code. Costumes - Each of these increases the DXP you get from clicking on the hungrydemon in the middle. dxpmaster - ???? ????? ??? ?? ????????? ???? ?????? == CHANGELOG & BUGS == Dec. 4th, 2024 - Released the game for everyone to see. Dec. 6th, 2024 - Added debt bounceback, to help avoid softlocks. Dec. 7th, 2024 - Changed some of the code for late-game stuff to make the game a bit better to replay. Also made Craft more bearable.
