If you agree to sign this than you agree to these terms: #1: There will be a demilitarized zone for two miles from the border on both sides #2: Both sides must destroy at least half of all their nukes #3: Both sides must agree to a non-aggression pact that will be in effect for 10 years, an attack any sooner would result in severe punishment #4: No nuclear weapons are allowed to be produced until the 10 year non-aggression is over.
