Adelaine Caddel- I wish I could say that I overcame the pain, but I really didn’t. The moment Caspian said they wanted Audrey, I passed out. How pathetic. I’ve trained for so long, but I faint when I get stabbed in the arm. Unacceptable. I woke up in the arms of someone. It was night and I recognized the whispers of Oliver and Audrey. “Do you know how they are, Audrey?” “No, I’ve never met them in my life.” “Maybe we can figure this out when Adelaine wakes up.” I move slightly and yell at the pain in my arm. I find out that I’m in Oliver’s arms and get up without looking at him. “Are you okay, Adelaine?” Oliver asks, his eyes searching for mine. “Yea, just the arm.” I look over toward Audrey and lower my voice. “What should we do?” Audrey looked toward me and motioned that she can handle it. I nodded and walked next to Oliver. Hopefully, she can help. She could probably do anything. Author's note: I also can't wait to see what Celeste does.
