Story: I recorded this anomaly on 7/2/2019 on Scratch Network on my Channel 67 cable box I recorded this because I was recording an episode of Red & Orange but it froze and burned the satellite, please, I heard this is lost media. So, I uploaded it. The channel isn't on the air on my Channel 67 cable box, but when I tried to contact them, they said it was "a little problem" and "they will fix it soon" when it never got fixed.
