The original text within this project doesn't quite get everything, but there are many articles online saying what is actually happening - basically, Trump was trying to stop trans people from existing (as if you can do that somehow?) by outlawing them, so that your gender is defined by the first thing you form in the womb - but this means that all Americans are now female, and therefore around 50% are transgender, so he kind of failed there... Also, technically the first thing to happen doesn't actually make you female, it instead makes everyone in America non-binary. And you know what? Good on them. If they don't like it, they can take it up with McFart.
