He’s a really talented artist (who insists he’s not) and I always wanted to be as good as him. They’re really helpful. Also post your art so you can get feedback! 8Q: How do you overcome art block? 8A: hmmm… that’s a tough one. I don’t usually. But sometimes it helps to. Just think of a cool name, and then create a character to attach to that name. 9Q: How long have you been an artist? 9A: I think the time I really realized I was an artist is when I was drawing with my dad and I drew and actually pretty good drawing of a teddy bear, which my parents still have, when I was pretty little. 10Q: If your a digital artist, what software do you do art on? My parents are pretty strict about that sort of thing. 13Q: Are you better on paper or digital? 13A:Hmm. Digital for cartoons, paper for realistic. 14Q: When doing digital art, what device do you use? 14A: My iPad and Apple Pencil 15Q: What can you draw best? (Humans, animals, bugs etc.) 15A: Cats usually, but also humans 16Q: Are you good at drawing backgrounds? 16A: yeah. Relatively. 17Q: Are you good at animating 17A: Sort of. I make a lot of activism art, and I have a whole playlist for when I want to punch something/someone, but a, channeling it into something productive. I’m sometimes like “meh. I’m too lazy to fix it” but then later I’m like “AAAAAAAAH IT’S DRIVING ME CRAZY” Don’t do that at home kids. 20Q: If you could use only five supplies (traditional) for the rest of your life, what would it be 20A: stick of vine charcoal, piece of regular charcoal, good drawing pad, a pencil, an eraser. 21Q: How often do you draw? 21A: almost every day. 22Q: How would you describe your style? 22A: cartoony, but also realistic if I try hard enough. Whenever I paint, things don’t really come out how I want them to. 25Q: If you had to create a piece of art using only one color, which one would you choose? 25A: blue. You can have a lot of different shapes, and some landscapes look really good in all blue. 26Q: Are you able to do realism? 26A: like I said, with charcoal and pencil, but not digital. 27Q: What is the most challenging part of being an artist? 27A: the fact that nothing (or almost nothing) ever turns out the way it was in my head. 28Q: (if you can draw animals) Whats is your favorite to draw?
