Copy what you would like into your backpack (the bar at the bottom of the screen.) Click on it and drag the sprite you want. The signs flash when you press the green flag. If you take them, you can add writing in the middle. The lights do the same and shine where the mouse pointer is. Each light flashes differently, one might flash with a pause of 0.2 seconds, the other might be 0.3 seconds.
