yes I know I'm using meme templates to do my lore but WHY THE FRICK NOT the songs are catchy and easy to edit.
anyway Arthur (kid with box on head and loose sleeves) is an experiment that the doctor (smiley face) made to try and make children "enhanced" (special abilities ect) Arthur broke out of the lab and is now roaming the streets with scopophobia (fear of being watched) from the lab. he also has telekinesis from one of his eyes. he wears a bag or box on his head to cover up his mangled face from testing. thanks to @wxtermelxn for meme template
