Soooooo… Flames. Book 1 is super long, and drawing each frame one by one is long. Book 1s plot is super simple and boring, so I kinda lost some motivation there. Who knows, some stuff might change in the future in plot wise, but book 1s plot is like unable to have plot twists, like actually :’) It has plot twists, but they’re predictable. What can I do to make Flames more enjoyable to write/draw? Well I’ve come to some solutions, or possibilities. In order to make Flames enjoyable for me again, I need the motivation, I need something new, something that hasn’t been repeating in my head these last 3 years. And that my friends, is NEW CHARACTER DESIGNS. You heard me! The current character designs are just simple, not fun, kinda dull. So why not change them up a bit? Also my art style has changed a lot. The cats look as bald as wormypelt currently, so all the characters are gonna have more fluff now! Some color changes, adding some patterns, some accessories, it’s gonna be fun! Maybe some newer chapters will vary in colors! I’m getting sick of using greens and oranges over and over, It would be nice to have some new coloring! It’s like an experiment, let’s see how we like it. If it dies, welp. Here’s some concept art in the project! Also, some panels might just not be colored, idk tho, or it might be slightly less detailed
