Yes, its hacked. Start by typing in 5 numbers you want your password to be, without pressing anything. Then, when you click Re-Enter password, the original would generate a random number every time you clicked re-try. However, this one generates a random password 30 times a second, saving you some time. Even at this rate, it would take 3,333 seconds, or 55 and a half minutes to find the right one, that is with the chance of 1 in 99,999.
