⚠️ TW: Lore contains mentions of scars, fighting, war. ⚠️ Scroll down Singe was born to the fire clan with a twin sister, burn, and an older brother, Ember. Everyone, no matter the gender, was required to fight in the war between the fire clan and water clan, once they turned 15. Singe really enjoyed playing fireball, which was basically soccer, but the ball was on fire, and it was played somewhat in the air. Then singe turned 15. He had to fight in the war. Once someone turned 15, they had to spend their first year training, and after that you still could anytime, unless you were on guard duty or in a battle. One morning, Singe woke up and his brother shouldn’t have been on duty that morning, but his Ember wasn’t in the house. Singe figured he was out training but when he wasn’t in the training house, he was starting to worry. He showed up the next day, but throughout the year of Singe's training, his brother would disappear. Singe was enlisted to fight in a battle in the year following his training. He left to prep for the attack one morning, and his brother wasn’t there. He was used to this by now. Soon, Singe was out on the field, and had a few scattered cuts that he knew would become scars, but nothing to major. Then he saw a familiar face out on the other side of the field, his brother! But.. he was adorned in the blue hues of the water clan. What was he doing?? His brother made his way across the field later in the battle and at one point, his brother had met him on the battlefield with a bow and arrow. It was at that moment that he realized. His brother had been spying, readying for the chance to turn on his clan. He was terrified his brother realized who he was aiming at and flew away. But Singe remained frozen until he got a face full of fire from one of his clan mates. “Dude, look out!” It was Burn. “Burn- I- did you see… Ember he’s- he’s.. on the- with the water clan..” Singe managed to stutter out. “I’m sure it’s just your imagination. Let’s get you some rest!” Burn reassured “those are definitely gonna scar. Let’s go.” They flew back home but Singe knew it was true. His brother never returned.
