And the odd-looking gaps between pixels are also part of the story.) -=-POSITIVE MORALS/VALUES IN EVERSTONE-=- /!\ MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS /!\ - I tried to keep this game as kid-friendly as possible by minimizing the amount of fighting between characters and keeping any deaths as clean as possible. This game is as inappropriate for kids as the LEGO Movie. - Some characters throughout the game may try to gossip with you. You are given the choice to say "no", since gossiping is never good. - If the death of an ally occurs, the player is given the choice of how to react. This gives the player's character the option of taking these losses with grace and continue to show mercy, instead of the character automatically going for revenge. - If the player's character displays enough positive qualities continuously throughout the story despite hardships and losses, the final boss's heart CAN be changed. This demonstrates the effect positive behavior and acting with grace has on everyone. - In Everstone Chapter 3 you will be given a chance to decide whether you will fight for good or evil, and will be given a choice. It's up to you to decide. -=-INSPIRATION/TIPS-=- - For each area of the game, I went looking for music to start. Once I found a piece that I liked, I began brainstorming how I would imagine a world with that background music playing. - Some components of this game, such as the player walking slightly slower when in Everwhite Forest and The Enderstone, were not planned. When I made the sprite for the snow/falling ash and the sheer amount of clones caused a bit of lag, I began thinking of ways to bend the game to that instead of trying to bend it to the game. I decided, "Hey! People walk slower in snow, and the heat of The Enderstone would make you walk slower!" And hey! It works. -=-CODE FOR Chapter 2-=- The following code is the code that will default for Chapter 2 when you start a new chapter without entering your own code. 11101010111001111100101110101111100031010.0.500.142724.19.06
-=-NOTES/DISCLAIMER-=- - I am making no religious/political statements with this game. Everything said by each character (especially the Little Bird) is solely for entertainment purposes and should not be taken TOO seriously. - I apologize for any lag you encounter. This game is huge. To reduce lag, I suggest you use the fastest computer you can and close all other tabs/programs before playing. - My computer "crashed" a couple of times when making this, so whenever it "crashed" while I was making this in the offline editor, I usually lost an hour or so of work (because I don't save the project often enough). Hee hee. - If you think you find a glitch, please let me know! - If you have some suggestions for Chapter 2, I am open to ideas!
