the hounskull bascinet is objectively far better than that stupid bucket of a helmet that people call a "Great" helm. Great helm? more like STUPID helm. it's top is FLAT and therefore if you get hit over the head you DIE from the concussive shock of a piece of metal striking you over the head. with a PEAK bascinet, the weapon just glances off of the rounded top. the hounskull can literally deflect ARROWS, can that ugly great helm deflect ARROWS?
