Press Space to fire the lasers/things to stop climate change. For the first 10 seconds it's really hard, because you can't see which way ur sprite is facing. Just keep spinning your mouse pointer, and holding space. You have to survive for 50 seconds to win level 1, 65 seconds to win level 2.
