By using my artwork or designs, requesting a trade or collaboration, or interacting with me in general, you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms are subject to change at any time, so please review them in case any changes are made. General: - If you request something that is not permitted here and I give permission, then it is allowed. These terms are flexible and can change depending on the situation. - Please use common sense while interacting on my profile. Discrimination, including but not limited to racism and homophobia, will not be tolerated. Be respectful to all individuals. - Do not beg for artwork, request free art, or ask to be friends if we have not previously talked or do not know each other well as it makes me uncomfortable. - Please do not refer to me as a furry or a therian. I do not identify as either and prefer not to be labeled as such. - Do not attempt to involve me in any drama unless I was already a part of it. - I am a minor. Do not behave inappropriately around me or make inappropriate jokes or comments. - When requesting a trade, If it is an art trade and I have already completed my side, you may not cancel. If it is a design trade, you may cancel; however, I will be keeping my side. - Please do not add any of my characters to wishlists, dreamie folders, or similar features, as this makes me uncomfortable. - In general, please apply common sense and be respectful. Art: - You may not trace, recolor, or heavily reference my artwork or art style and post it publicly. Style studies are okay with permission. - Do not use my artwork unless: It was created specifically for you, The character belongs to you, Or I have given you express permission (e.g., a free-to- use base). - Proper credit is mandatory when using my artwork, Always include a visible link to this profile - Do not claim my artwork as your own. - I don't mind if others have a similar art style or incorporate aspects of mine, but I would prefer that it not be copied in its entirety. - You are allowed to edit my artwork, provided that you ask for my permission first. - My artwork may not be used for commercial purposes. Personal use, such as printing for yourself, is acceptable- However, profiting from my art in any form is not allowed. - I reserve the right to use artwork I have created for you as examples or for commission-related purposes. - Do not add your own watermark to my artwork. Designs: - You may take inspiration from my designs as long as the inspiration is minor and the final design is clearly distinct. For example, if one of my designs has a star-themed bag and you use something similar in your own design while keeping everything else different, that is okay. Credit is not required for minor inspiration. - You are allowed to use color palettes from my designs without credit, provided the resulting design is notably different. - You are not required to credit me every time you use one of my designs, although credit is appreciated. However, you must not claim the design as your own, and if someone asks about its origin, you must state that I am the original designer. - Do not claim to have designed of any of my designs. - My designs may not be used for inappropriate content, hate speech, or to promote harmful or offensive material. - Theft of my designs is not allowed. - If you choose to resell, gift, or trade one of my designs, you must first ask for my permission and inform me of the new owner. The recipient must also be made aware of these Terms of Service. - Do not resell my designs for a higher price than you originally paid, unless the design includes additional art. - You may use my designs across any platform, provided you link back clearly to this account and credit me as the original designer. - Free designs may not be resold for art or currency. They may only be given away or traded, unless additional artwork has been added. - Do not create inappropriate artwork featuring my designs. - While there is no trading cooldown, please do not attempt to quickly resell or trade my designs for profit or as a means of flipping. - If you fail to complete a payment or are inactive for over six months and I have no alternate method of contacting you, the design will be made available again for offers. - Designs obtained through payments, trades, swaps, or art-only offers do not have a monetary value in points. You may not sell them for points unless they have been given additional commissioned or personal artwork. - You may change the species, humanize or anthropomorphize, or heavily redesign any of my designs, so long as I am credited as the original designer.
