Click "see inside " , choose the text sprite, go to "costumes", write there ( using "text" tool) the text you want to make 3D-ish (dont make text too small), then go to scripts, choose how "deep" the text will be, and finally press space bar and to clear press "c". I hope this explanation makes sense.
