So, imma be realistic bc that's literally my whole concept...being realistic LMAO- So my workout routine, and YES its realistic, and YES I don't do this as much as I probably should- Its okay though loll 1. 100 calf raises ~ I do this pretty much every day AND every night, this is literally a MUST for me. Especially since I do soccer and stuff- 2. 100 Beatles ~ Trust me. It looks really weird since your on the ground, BUT LORD DOES IT WORK!! 3. 50 Firemens ~ Same thing as Beatles but standing up. Standing helps with thighs and abs, not js abs like the Beatles. 4. 100 Sidelinges ~ Uhm...not sure what this really does ngl, but it works in weight loss 5. 25 squats ~ IT WORKS LADIES IT WORKS, and if you wanna know what they help with then uhm....Yeah- 6. 50 crunches ~ OH LORD IT HURTS MY NECK SM BUT TRUST ME THE AB EFFECT THE NEXT DAY ARE PEAK Before I do all of this, I do 15+ different stretches and I do them for 15 to 20 seconds each. Trust me, you'll need it! Now, I keep saying "ab this" and "ab that", right? NO. I don't have abs, but still, what I mean is if you do it enough you'll get there bc I'm starting to see them come in, AND you lose tummy fat! K, byeee
