Few things are eternal truth. In fact, there is but two truths: The Watcher's Truth and the Etherian Truth. No matter the world, no matter the creator, no matter the circumstance, one thing rings true for all worlds; Watchers control all. Sometimes they are passive, merely observers to the greater workings of the universe. Sometimes they are a part of the story, but one thing stays the same: They are. Only one other truth rings out just as true, and it's that of the Etherians. In any universe, if the circumstances are met, there will be Etheria. No matter the world. If it can, it will, always. That is a fact.
