Guys, i've been inactive for several months but I just wanted to say that I'm officially moving on from scratch. Scratch has been a huge part of my life for over 7 years. Especially during Covid, I spent so much time on this site, making lots of friends and making some hopefully cool projects. This community is unlike any other, and it has pushed me to think critically to solve my problems. I love scratch so much, i've made some amazing memories, and learned a lot of important skills. However, im in high school now, and I have little to no time to spend on Scratch. I play lacrosse, workout, and overall I just have a busy life, which doesn't include time for Scratch right now. Even if I did have time, i recognize that Scratch is a kid's website, and nothing I create on here will ever make me money. I'm approaching the limit of innovation in scratch, (don't get me wrong, people like @wolther have made some insane stuff), and i think it's time that I take my coding interests to other platforms. I've made some stuff in Unity in the past, and so if I ever return to coding, I'll make stuff there. if you made it this far (i doubt you did) then you were likely a good friend of mine. I'm not gonna make a whole list of the friends i've made on this site, because if you are one, you know it.
Love you guys. I'm gonna miss scratch. Also, thank you for 2k! I didn't think we were ever gonna hit it but here we are.
