I was bored and doing some thinking. I realized that I'd never outlined what I'd like to see from you. Now, I'm a dictator, so of course I have expectations. This is a list of things I want to see by the end of this year, or even better when the comments are opened. 1. Listen to us By us I mean the managers. You guys don't listen to us then get shocked and angry that you get punished. The week timeout was unnecessary. As in it could have been avoided if you guys had just decided to be mature. I remember at one point me and Glass were begging for you guys to just report and ignore the troll. But you decided to ignore us instead? Then you had the nerve to get angry with us when we decided to close the studio. Make that make sense. I seriously dare you. Tell me why you think you're justified in doing that. Because all I can see are people who don't seem to believe that actions have consequences. We aren't your enemy. We are doing what's best for the studio. You may not know this, so I'll let you know now: GWDFI is close to getting deleted. If one of us don't delete the studio, then ST will. You saw how they did it last time; there was no dramatic "We have decided to delete the studio", one day, the studio just vanished. And that is going to happen if you don't get your act together. Listen to us. Because we are genuinely trying to help you. 2. Follow the rules. You guys cannot convince me that you are actually doing this. This is actually ridiculous. I took a look at the rules this morning and I can confirm that they seriously aren't that hard to follow. They are everything that you should expect to see on a website for eight year olds. I seriously don't get what's funny about being inappropriate in the studio. I'll tell you now. It's weird and frankly disgusting. Especially since it seems to be the younger ones doing this. Focus on learning your spelling instead of saying things like this because it's genuinely concerning. What shocks me the most is that these are the people who apply to be a manager. I'll say this on the behalf of like, most of the studio. We will not be promoting you. I will read your application and laugh at you. We aren't stupid, we see and mentally take note of what you do outside of promotion season. 3. Cease the talk about - We are not your therapist. We are not your hotline. We are teenagers. We cannot help you. Some of us get extremely triggered by it. I know this because one of these people may be me. This is a kids coding site. It is extremely inappropriate to even mention it. We will report it. You will get banned. Please stop. You can't get proper help from children. Please speak to a trusted adult. Not us. Thank you for listening to my poem 4. Report inappropriate comments to the host. The reason why there were less timeouts wasn't because you guys actually behave. You know that isn't possible. It's because you guys just won't report anything to the host. Now, please don't think you're slick or anything like that. Because if I don't see anything getting reported, Maciplayz- will just start assuming. And you all know what happens then.. Luckily, we do have some lovely curators that do report to us. Thank you: + The managers and anyone else I missed. These people will end up as managers someday (except Will, Glass, Krm, Ever, Rose, Kai, Ollie and Quill. You guys aren't allowed to. </3) because unlike most of you, they know the rules, barely break them and are mature enough to report them to the current host 5, Use the suggestions account. Everyday I hear complaining and crying but no one even touches the poor profile. Nothing is going to change unless you suggest it. I know you guys have ideas, share them. We don't bite (hmm). We won't kill you, we'll love and appreciate you more when you tell us. We need curator cooperation to run the studio. We can't do much without you guys. So let's quit complaining, come together and share our ideas on how to make this studio.
