[space/arrows/click background for next] Ahahah I actually posted in the same month what?? It’s still a bit longer than I’d like to be posting, but oh well- I’ll probably be posting a LOT more art dumps and less single piece projects from now on. Completed pieces take so long for me (especially with complete lineart and complex designs, which I LOVE even though it takes an eternity) so it’ll probably be a bit before I post a stand alone picture ^^ But in the meantime, you all get to see all the crazy doodles I do during school/classes! It’s felt for a while like I’ve been progressing VERY slowly, and when I look back to periods of quick growth, I’ve noticed one big thing: quantity. The amount of artwork I’d churn out was…honestly kinda impressive, even though it wasn’t the most high quality (and let’s be honest: even though everyone SAYS quality over quantity, it’s hard to appreciate art when there’s only one piece every blue moon). So expect lots of doodles in the future! And in the meantime, I hope you enjoy these sketches~ 1. A bit more kawaii style than usual~ I used almost exclusively draw like this, before I branched out. This one was a birthday gift for my aunt, who loves frogs~ 2. Another birthday gift for my young neighbor…I never realized how adorable all of the Pokémon designs are until I drew one 3. Corinna, my lovely half human who enjoys kidnapping children and fashion~ I actually really like this sketch, maybe I’ll make a full piece out of it 4. Small and cute random doodle 5. MIDORIIIIIIIII~ betcha didn’t know I still drew PMMiM characters ;0 although, it’s been ages since I drew Midori specifically…but she’s always been a great character to draw whenever I have art block (character owned by @nednilclan) 13. Alexis~ from the same story as Tama and Kiara (Kiara = friend, Tama = neutral) 14. Tama again! And a random girl on top 15. Magical March concept sketch- I didn’t end up using her, unfortunately 16. First oil painting! My drawing is on the left, and the bottom image is the reference ^^ 17. Oil painting that sold at an auction! I’m really happy with how quickly I did it- it was only like 6 hours (short for me) 18. CAT!!! Hehehe I love catssssss- I died making this one, though, it took forever 19. Sunset painting, in oils again~ this one took even less than the globe (I think only 4 or 5 hours) and I was finally allowed to use a complementary pair (orange and blue) in my paintings! I forgot how much I love colors…. That’s about all for now~ hopefully next week I can have the first of my OTAPs done (oh gosh I take forever to do line art-)
