The stylists really thought their name was good for theming, Electron thought, looking down at their paws. Wires wrapped around their paws once again, except these wires were painted a gold color. Similar wires sat on their head, forming lighting bolt- shaped horns. They had a golden tuxedo on, with a more matte navy bowtie as a contrast. Their shorter tail was draped with ribbons of the same color that ended in a lighting-bolt shape, but the scar was the only part left exposed. They despised how it drew attention to the scar, but at least the stylists let them keep their earring on this time. Electron had to wait for a while, but the impatient feeling was overwritten by the heat. With all the clothes on, they felt like they were going to burn up. The stylists fanning them did little to help. Suddenly, they were in front of the line and a loudspeaker called their name. Stepping into the room after a long hallway, Electron glanced around. It was a large zen garden, with birds fluttering about. The centerpiece was a large lion statue. Looking for the interviewer, they stepped up to the lion statue. "Hello, darling! How are you feeling today?" something said as fog started pouring out of the lion's mouth. Oh. So it was the interviewer. "Good," Electron replied, despite desperately wanting to say Overheating. They knew the sponsorships might be minimal that way though, and sponsorships could have important items. The lion replied "Good! I have three questions for you today, Electron, if you don't mind." "First, what traits do you feel like will bring you victory in the arena?" Electron thought. "Probably my intelligence and stealth." "Oooh, we have someone sneaky! Next, what do you expect out of the arena?" "I think a jungle or bamboo forest, based on Gamemakers and here. I'm guessing maybe dense vegetation will be a challenge, but also a benefit too." "Finally, why do you want to win the games?" Electron froze for a bit. The capitol probably wanted to hear fame or glory. But... their answer was different. Without probably thinking as much as they would've like, Electron said, "To get back to my siblings. They mean the world to me."
