Guys! He's saying people can't remix or edit his project, and that's true IF you press the flag but if you don't it won't happen so what you need to do is go to his profile and look for that project and click on it and then press remix and then it will say the page isnt working so you need to open a new tab on chrome and go to scratch and go to your work folder and go to project page and click share! BOOM!
