This is Pinecone. Pinecone is apart of the Royal Guard. She is bitter and strong and absolutly HATES Undyne. She hates that she's filling Papyrus's head with nonsense. She knows that Undyne doesn't want him in the guard but that doesn't give her a right to say that he might! She almost told him. Pinecone talks in the font A Lolita's Scorn.
