An executive order signed later in 1970 split former Haven, Hazenwut, GDR, Alvancia, and Rabi into occupation zones. Ten years later, in 1980, the nations mentioned were liberated, still under the control of the Gorod Ochestva Pact. The G.O. Pact will become a scientific/peace alliance. All wars will have ceased fire for good as of August 12, 1967. If a new war starts, it will be instantly stopped.
