hi fairies!!! sorry i never post anything here but um here are some books i've recently read, i enjoyed all of them so if you're looking for something you can try these :) i didnt know what to say about any of them so please excuse the chaos but i really loved them all ♡ the song of achilles i would recommend this book if you are ok with getting your heart ripped out pulverized and then awkwardly glued back together. it is a beautiful book and i only hope i can write as ethereally as madeline miller does someday. also i did not like greek mythology going into this book and i still loved it so um yes!!! READ IT!!! ♡ aristotle and dante discover the secrets of the universe this is my favorite book of all time it is beautiful heartbreaking quiet relatable everything is so perfect about it. i love it so much i have read it eleven times in 2 months ♡ aristotle and dante dive into the waters of the world the sequel. HEARTBREAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL ♡ they both die at the end will have you screaming in your pillow drives you insane and is just amazing. makes u think ♡ the first to die at the end the prequel to tbdate. i liked the first book better but this is also amazing and shattering wow wow wow ♡ hani and ishu's guide to fake dating never in my life did i think i would pick up this book but i was bored and i did and i finished it so fast. was really fun and i liked the interesting perspectives the characters had. south asian rep hello! ♡ the inexplicable logic of my life i really liked this one and it deals with themes of loss and love and is beautiful. benjamin alire saenz does it yet again ♡ bloom into you this is a manga and im currently waiting on my hold for the fifth book. it's a yuri which i have never read before but i really am enjoying it so far and the art style is very pretty. would recommend! ♡ manly appetites minegishi loves otsu another manga! this one is so cute, i've read the entire trilogy and it is adorable :) if you want a lighthearted fluff read please read this one! i read the whole thing in one sitting ♡ everyday by david levithan i think the title is a little more generic so im just letting you know :) this one really makes you think about life and the world and i had a pit in my stomach while reading. beautiful story ♡ a thousand splendid suns its been a while since i've picked up a historical fiction and im so happy i did. this book is insightful and poignant and beautiful and an absolute gem. the dual perspectives is also very nice and easy to follow ♡ i'll give you the sun told in alternating perspectives between two twins at ages 13 and 16 who grew apart, this book is beautiful and heartbreaking and jawdropping and wow. jandy harris does an amazing job from start to finish, and she really pops off. wow ♡ circe madeline miller does it again! this book is written in elegant prose and is amazing. i loved reading about all the adventures of circe and she is the coolest witch ever. would definitely recommend :) so that's a couple books that i have read pretty recently, if you would like any more recs feel free to let me know :) i would also love to hear abt any books you guys enjoyed!!! im always looking for a new book have a wonderful day :) xx miya
