For my understanding purposes, Magical will be referred to as they/them/Endel I'm not good at storytelling, ironically as a published author In the year XXXXX, Endel was born into a rich high-family with a chronic disease (yes they are Toph from ATLA), making it difficult for them to participate in the outside world. As a child, they played with golden-laden decks of cards with their gentleman-in-waiting, Bane. Endel unknowingly began their career as a Eraethrundel (their home planet) -wide famous magician, learning simple tricks from Bane while they sat on their richly-woven Nundil rug. Endel would trade jewelry to poor families to secretly retrieve igtalis's (what you would call a lighter) to practice his high-family magic with fire. They mastered their elements in training, but outside of training they would play tricks for others', then disguised by a small hat from a shop and a cape, covering their high-family sigil. At home, their mother worried constantly with a bit of ignored schizophrenia that made it easy for Endel to slip away unnoticed, and their father (you guessed it) wasn't around, unless you count sleeping around (haha funny joke). This caused Endel to become depressed and sort of a Eraethrundel version of Robin Williams. When they turned 1,007, they ran away for good. Mother always said "you emo child, you good for nothing" (rough translation) anyway. Dad always said "yes" incoherently, which wasn't a good reason to stay. Oh, by the way, that chronic illness from earlier was also schizophrenia (clearly I have some schizophrenic trauma lol) so Bane is a hallucination. Endel always consulted Bane for the rest of their life unknowingly using powerful magic to materialize him so nobody thought they were crazy. Idk I can't think of anything else.
