Press B to use it... There is this weird glitch where the hands get smaller when they are not supposed to but it doesn't happen every time I got a little lazy at the end sooooo no explosion How it works: after impact frames then it starts pulling everyone (Including you) it does MASSIVE dmg to everyone except you which it only does half your hp.
