Lore: So basically, Maiz got asked by Chronoa to take out Gokus and Vegetas across 10 different universes. His gi was changed to this garbage one to mask the original color so he wasn't suspected. Maiz did this without question, even killing the versions of himself and his family within those universes. Why? Simple, they were going to rebel and kill the Omni King. Maiz allowed Chronoa to trick him into doing this. (This version of Chronoa is evil) She promised to revive his dead family with the Super Dragon Balls.
