So on the right you have the star (it happens to be a K3V type star but it doesn't have to be). Then we have the planets, the farther left they are the farther distance they orbit from the star. Then we have the moons which are placed above the planet they orbit if there are multiple moons above a planet in a stack then that means the planet has multiple moons. There is also a red green and blue zone, the red zone is to hot and close to the star to sustain life, the green zone is of the temperature where life could form, and the blue zone it to cold to sustain life. Also there's a ring around the final planet (which happens to be a gas giant) but if you don't want to you don't have to have rings on your planets. There is also an asteroid belt after the first planet there does not have to be one in your systems but there is in my example system, same with the planets, in your systems you do not have to use the same planets this is just and example system.
