1. The Ottoman Empire shall cede the lands of Thrace shown in light blue to Bulgaria. 2. The Ottoman Empire shall pay reparations for Bulgarian and Romanian civilian casualties and damage. 3. Bulgaria shall pay reparations for damage to Turkish military infrastructure and reparations to Turks in their territory for any inconvenience to their lives 4. Neither Bulgaria nor Turkey may attack the other for the next ten (10) years. 5. Any war that continues between the allies of Bulgaria or Turkey with one of the two powers, neither will involve themselves militarily against the other for these 10 years. 6. Neither party shall fund any form of resistance movement against each other for these 10 years. 7. Bulgaria shall allow the exodus of Turkish peoples from their territories to Turkey if the people want 8.
