Go off the screen to go to different places and go up to shop entrances to enter them. In the general store you can buy items with money. To throw dynamite (when bought) press V. Aim and click to shoot your weapon and press F to make sure the gun is cocked to shoot again. When out of ammo press R to reload. The item you have equipped is shown in the top right.
