a lil utility for if you wanna keep track of ev training in a post-gen-2 non-lgpe pokemon game. there's prolly things just like this alr. i just wanted to make my own for my own use and figured it'd be useful to share it use the idc counter optionally for any fled-from random encounters while ev grinding in case u wanna track that info for shiny hunts also note if you're doing this in gen 6 consider switching to super training once an attack stat is high enough!
