1. The Kingdom of Poland becomes independent and gains majority Polish ethnic lands. 2. The Kingdom of Finland becomes independent and gains a large portion of majority Finnish ethnic lands, along with naval access to the Arctic Sea 3. The Kingdom of Poland becomes an autonomous vassal state of Russia 4. The Kingdom of Finland becomes a satellite state of Russia 5. The Slavic Pact shall pay reparations for civilian lives lost in the crossfire 6. The newly formed states may take out loans from Russian banks to pay reparations for damage to civilian infrastructure 7. Poland and Finland are required to send forces to help in the Civil War 8. Poland and Finland shall join the Slavic Pact 8.1. We need a new name for the Slavic Pact
