When you press gamble, you pay Gamble Price and it chooses a random number between Maximum and Minimum (see Menu 1), then it will display a profit (number chosen - Gamble Price). Click on a different number for a different upgrade panel (currently there are three. 1, 2 and 3). There are also 2 menus (swap between with Q and R), one for gambling and one for chekcing your dues. Every 5 Turns the price to gamble increases by 25. Every 20 turns you have to pay a rent of 200. 1 turn is 1 day.
