This is Persey ♥ Her full name is Persephone Skye Westing. She is the daughter of a Californian billionaire, but she ran away when she was ten. Now she lives in Las Vegas as a notorious poker player. She is an impulsive daredevil and is often restless doing mundane tasks. Also, her hair is not quite as long as I drew it and I'm sure you can do much better!!
