READ THIS! I’ve spent a lot of time on Scratch, and one thing that really bugs me is the Explore page. It’s supposed to show the best projects on the site, but half the time, it’s just the same kind of clicker games, remixes, or basic animations over and over. A lot of them aren’t even that good. Meanwhile, there are actually really amazing projects that get totally ignored. They barely get any views or loves. It’s like the people who work hard on original stuff get pushed to the side just because they don't spam tags or whatever. It honestly feels unfair. The people who try new ideas or put effort into learning more advanced code should be the ones getting noticed, not just the ones who make some stupid, flashy thumbnail. Scratch should update how it picks what shows up on Explore — maybe actually check for effort, creativity, and uniqueness. Don't get me wrong, there are some very quality projects out there in the Explore page, but still. Let's make a change.
