I'm looking back and I don't like how Sakura's head looks.~~ 1: What is the name of your series? A: Fleeing the Broken Sky 2: What is it about? (Give a synopsis) A: Just a little OC lore story. Sakura Hrerr(Yes that's the real last name I suck at them) and their brother, Rhian Hrerr, have lost their mother and their father is dealing with that loss poorly. So the two have to leave. They have to learn to live on their own, more than before, and learn how to lead a normal life. But that's not possible, is it? 3: What is it about? (Wrong answers only ;D) A: Stupid people decide to actually take loss right and be kind 4: Who is your protagonist? How old are they? A: Sakura Hrerr, 12 in current timeline. 5: What is your world like? Is it based in a fantasy world, our world, or somewhere in between? A: It takes place in a modern-like world, but instead of humans, it consists of animals. However, heaven and hell exist, meaning angels and devils are real too. 6: What genre would you consider your series? (Fantasy, action, adventure, romance, thriller, etc.) A: Fiction, fantasy, drama, action, idk what else. 7: What age group is your intended audience? (Teens, kids, all ages) A: Teen, Young Adult, just not anyone age 11 and below. 8: Are you working on your series alone, or is it a multi-person project? A: I write and draw everything myself, but I sometimes give little spoilers to my (no 4th wall) sister and my irl bsf. 9: What medium is your series? (Comic, novel, animated series, etc.) A: Graphic novel, comic series. 10: Who is your favorite character? A: Rooster Heroux, a protegen dragon, Rhian's nb bsf. They have an adoptive father. Really fun to draw. :> 11: Who is your least favorite character? A: Caleb Hrerr. He's meant to be hated because of how he treats Sakura and Rhian. Basically villain. I hate drawing him. 12: Which character is the most interesting? (Personality, backstory, etc.) A: Best personality goes to the demon twins. The two are hard to draw tho, so you don't see them often and they come later. Best backstory is hard. Either Sakura or Rooster. 13: Which character is the most morally correct? A: Eh... Khushu Silder. Kinda like that friend that watches out for you cuz you do stupid things. 14: Which character is the least morally correct? A: Caleb Hrerr. That is NOT how you deal with loss and how you treat your kids. 15: What is your favorite ship? (Assuming your story includes romance) A: I don't have ships. I don't like writing romance. 16: What is the most interesting character dynamic? A: Rhian and the demon twins. His hostility towards them is hilarious X3 17: How long is your series? Is it a stand-alone book, a trilogy, or a whole multi-installment saga? A: One book, and has 37 chapters including the prologue and epilogue. 18: What inspired your series? A: How so many scratchers made their own stories. Also the fact I needed character lore and somewhere to put it ':3 19: What authors (if any) inspired your series? (Plot, themes, genre, characters) A: Possibly just the big stories made on scratch 20: Which characters are based off yourself? Are there any experiences you might share? A: Sakura. Sakura was made to be my representation on scratch, and so her entire personality, gender, and sexuality = me. 21: What creatures/species are included in your series? (Humans, animals, anthros, original species) A: Animals, angels, demons. 22: If your series is a comic/animation series, what style would you consider it to be in? (Cartoon, anime, cute, realism, etc.) A: Cartoon, cute, childish. 23: Who is the most underrated character? A: Khushu Silder. I haven't said anything about his backstory or anything in general and I feel bad. 24: Who is the most overrated character? A: idk. People don't read my story since I'm not big yet, but for me, Rooster. They have too big of a place in my head. 25: How many main characters are there? (Protag, sidekicks, etc.) A: Seven. Sakura, Rhian, Khushu, Rooster, Kurui(demon twin), Shiroi(demon twin), and Caleb. 26: How many characters are mentioned in the series? A: Idk man. However many side characters there are. 27: Does your series include neurodivergence? (autism, down syndrome, ADHD, etc.) A: Sakura(aka me) has ADD and most likely autism too. Khushu has anxiety. Rooster is slightly color blind. 28: What themes are explored in your series? A: Fear, trust, control, power. 29: If your series could become an anime/cartoon, would you take the opportunity? A: AbsoHECKINGlutely. I would LOVE it. 30: Is your series available online? I'd love to see it :> A: On something other than Scratch, no. But here's the link to the prologue.
