I was sick over a few days giving me extra time to code and do art, all songs from youtube, more detail below. This is the first "good" platformer engine I've made, not perfect but good imo, tried adding a flutter jump, it's meh, couldn't finish due to game jam time limit :C DAY 1 --- April 30 MISC. - all sand art and code - music STAFF STUFF - wizrd can shoot projectiles from base staff that explode on impact - base staff art and code - base staff projectile art and code SUNSET - non pixel sunset - sun to darkish purple - dark purple tint that appears over time WIZRD - wizrd walk and jump art - wizrd walk and jump code ZOMBIE - first zombie art DAY 2 --- May 1 MISC. - low and high quality settings - Hp - less laggy - game over screen STAFF STUFF - base staff projectile code rework to defeat the zombies - base staff cooldown sprite SUNSET - made sunset, pixel art - made sunset from sun to darkish purple to sun to pitch black - parallax effect - made dark purple tint more noticable - sun goes down when jump keys are pressed - menu screen art where it's daytime instead of the middle of the evening ( in december ig :p ) WIZRD - player hitbox - almost zombified art and half zombified art, for jumping and walking - double jump :D ZOMBIE - zombie code. - made zombie art better - new bulky zombie that makes game easier Kinda gave up after that :|
