(Kody POV) Who the heck is that kid, he's giving me almost like a death stare, what is his issue? I saw Olli waiting next to Nate, his friend, when he came out he ran over and showed me his latest story, Charlie was supposed to take Aly after the library visit, but he had studies to finish. So the three of us went to the store, I needed some jelly for sandwiches (obviously PB&Js), Ol wanted more popsicles, Charlie needed more fruit, and Aly, she didn't want anything. $27.53, not the cheapest of runs, but it'll be enough to get us until dad goes shopping on Saturday. "Hey, Koko," Aly said tugging on my sleeve gently after we walked out. "What?" I aked, unsure of what she needed. "Who was that kid who was lookingat you weird when we were getting Ollie?" she asked curiously. "I don't know who he was, I was wondering that as well," I responded. I slid the bacl door open, since Charlie had taken the extra keys this morning, opened up the popsicles gave them each one, and then I boxed up Charlie's snacks to take to his office later, and put everything else up, before taking Ollie his new books to read and diving into my next chapter of Two Degrees. Charlie banged on my door, "Yo! Lil' bro, you got my fruit?" he asked. "Downstairs, in the box," I responded. Then I heard his footsteps walk away from my room, finally peace and quiet, nice for once around this house.
