NOTE TO @Jimmy1234566 / @Eggy_The_Doggy: I am not making this project to get 'cancelled' or making your 'reputation' ruined. I am making this to hopefully show you what you are doing, and trying to prevent you from making mistakes in the future. Knowing you IRL, you are a great person to me, and is one of my best friends, I just can't keep going on letting this happen. I really hope me making this project doesn't affect our friendship, along with everyone else in the friend group as of currently. NOTE: Please do not dox, harass, or cause any negativity on anyone involved. I don't want this project to cause a bad situation to become even worse. Inside the project, I have made a sprite called "Proof" which shows screenshots of him lying and plagiarizing my work. CHAPTER 1 - Plagarism On April 15, 2025, my IRL friend, @Jimmy1234566 (after this point they will be represented as 'Jim') created a DeviantArt account (I think i was around 2pm?) and shortly afterwards, Jim uploaded a piece of art called "The Internet...". It revolves around Jim's OC seeing something on his computer, and the punchline being that he kills himself at the end (NOTE: I will not provide links the original arts to abide with Scratch's Community Guidelines, but if you wanna see Jim's version: go to https://www.deviantart.com/jimmy1234566scratch and find an artwork called "The Internet...." ). (21/04/25: It has now been deleted) However, this comic was extremely similar to a comic I made in July 2024 called "Internet" (It had the same punchline, storyline, with the only difference being that is that the opening line was changed from "I love the internet!" (My Version; July 2024) to "oh boy the internet" (His Version; April 2025), so in short, my comic was 'remade' in a way, until I noticed 2 different things. 1. Jim was watching me on DeviantArt (SIDE NOTE: Watching someone on DeviantArt is kinda like following someone on Scratch for example) 2. Under the comment section, there was a thread, which read as follows; TNTDoggo14 - "hmmmm it reminds me of my one" Jimmy1234566Scratch - "no it isnt based on anyone" (Quick Note: TNTDoggo's project was fine, I did find it) Now, immediately I knew Jim had both used my comic without permission, and lied about it. I replied to it saying "bro you literally are watching me, and i made a comic similar to this one in july. originalfor comparison" and a attached image of my comic. (Screenshot of this comment is in the "Proof" sprite inside this project). I messaged him about this with the screen shot attached. (The screenshots of the texts are in the "Proof" sprite), but he wouldn't budge, saying that he "wasn't trying to" when asked to stop stealing my stuff, "Didn't" when said that he lied about stealing it, and saying he "LITTEREOY MADE IT UP" when told that it had the same storyline, punchline, and similar starting line. Eventually when told to stop, I just agreed, due to not wanting to end my connection between my group of friends. Shortly after, I went offline between 4pm and 11pm, still stressed out, stuck in between showing what he has done, or simply letting it go and living like normal. I sat around for an hour and a half. Shortly before, I sent on CissCord (obviously not the original name, but you can fill the gaps). We talked for around 30 minutes, just talking about what I had to do. Eventually I settled on something in the middle of the two, not cancelling him, but showing what he has done, and letting him off, and trying to get him to learn from the mistakes made. (Screenshots of conversation in "Proof" sprite) CHAPTER 2 - Remixing Jim has also remixed 4 of my projects (Milk, How To Draw Jmp, Snow, and Halloween). I am going to go through all he changed in each project Milk - Changed my OC to his Extended scene (repeated music), same backgrounds (apart from the background featuring an old Jim design, which was originally my OC in the original Milk) How To Draw Jim (2) (Asset spirte sheet for JmpBlast - September 2023) - Changed my OC to his changed 'dance' to 'credits', showing credits to me and instead of an animation of the club penguin dance Snow - Changed my voice to Jim's lines Changed my OC to his. Halloween - Changed my OC to his CHAPTER 3 - Conclusion I don't mean making this out of any harm. I am simply making this to show that he as made some mistakes in a way, and hopefully this project helps fixes things. I can't tell him what to do, I'm not gonna control what he does, whether this causes a massive drama or anything, my only intention is making mistakes right. If this makes the opposite effect happen, I apologize Please do not harass, bully, or dox anyone involved in this mess. Doing that is just gonna make a bad situation even worse -Jmp
