Alright, so basically this project is going to just go over happened recently (the big stuff as I'm gonna call it). This is also (probably, not 100% yet) gonna be my last project on this situation unless something big happened that I actually need to address properly) - Do Not Dox, Harass, Or Go After Anyone Involved - Chapter 1 - Jimmy's April 28 Project (NOTE: I'm not making assumptions on how people feel, so take this with a grain of salt) Around 6pm on April 28, a project was posted called "For Jmp friends" which included an audio where he talked about how he is feeling really down, claiming we 'endangered' him and how he feels like leaving the internet. Theres a few issues I have with this project. 1. He claims he isn't going to mention anyone, yet puts my name in the title and project. 2. The comment he put on it that reads as follows: "dont feel bad about whats hapend feel bad about scratches community" Now the funny thing about the response is that he quite literally stole from me to begin with, so quite honestly, he has contributed to it as well, so it is pretty hypocritical. 3. He proceeded to spam the link of the project on multiple places revolving around this (including, but not limited to; My Profile, Logmanfive's responce project (see Chapter 2), my third project on this situation, "HOW DID I MAKE YOU UNSAFE???" and replied to logmanfive's comment on my profile twice). Jimmy has claimed that our comments and projects have 'endangered' him. Now, I'm not 100% of this is true or not, but I do hope that you can see that we were not trying to endanger him in anyway. We were not putting him at risk or in danger, thus we were not trying to endanger him, as putting him at risk or in danger is the definition of endangerment. Chapter 2 - @logmanfive's Responce Project On April 27, @logmanfive Made a project responding to the current situation, as his project from September 2023 called "For @JmpBlast " was remixed by Jim (https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1166823150/) which talked about his opinions on the situation. He talked about how he came to find out of the situation, and talked about his opinions at the end. He looked through my projects and the evidence in them, and some of Jim's project, and gave his opinions. He project goes into a lot of detail and I highly recommend you listen to it as it is really informative on the situation, and talks about me in a good light and is one our side (because like mentioned before, Jim is the one lying and stuff) Chapter 3 - "Cyberbulling" "Harassment" On April 27, The Project " dude" was made and it is a responce my, 's and 's projects, "Why?" "When?" and "Dude". It literally claims that we are cyberbulling him with no evidence for what he says. What we are doing is not cyberbullying, and I do hope you can see that. We simply are asking for him to stop lying to us and give us an apology. Theres a line between exposing someone and cyberbullying, and I don't believe we have crossed the line, and I don't think any of us will. Chapter 4 - Lack Of Evidence Jimmy continuously has made random rumors about us without any proof. To put it bluntly, the most evidence he has gave was in his 'look' project on April 25, which was barely evidence (just a screenshot of yaboiduke's fanart and "Are You Sure, Jimmy1234566" project) and even then he lies, by claiming he didn't lie, which he did, and I gave evidence of that in my original project. Chapter 5 - I ruined Jim's safety somehow? On April 27, Jim made a now deleted project titled, "JmpBlast you have ruind my saftey". It made broad claims that I made him unsafe because I used screenshots of our texts as proof from what I can remember. I did not make him unsafe. I didn't leak any of his info. I didn't leak his name, phone number, etc. None of his private information was leaked in the proof I gave on my original project. Chapter 6 - My Final Message Jimmy, stop lying to everyone, and stop denying everything. The stress you have caused is genuinely crazy. You have refused to take responsibility for your actions, and is trying to turn the tables and make me look like the bad guy. I'm done. Don't message me, don't talk to me. Don't try. We're Done. -Jmp
