Ok so, yknow when Sentry (Bob) could see Yelena and Johns deepest regrets or guilt or depression? Well, in the movie, remember when they asked Bucky if he was okay, cuz he basically had to relieve the Winter Soldier moments? Well, i think I know what he might have seen. Going off of the Comics and the movies, we know he has siblings, parents, and all that stuff. But in the comics, his mom d13d when he was around the age of ten, and would have left his dad with 4 kids to care for, if the movie follows that story line. Then, the dad d13d in a training accident, and Bucky’s siblings were sent to a boarding school. But because we could see that Bucky was not a kid in the time period of the movies, we can assume he was of an adult legal age at this time. So then, we have Bucky and Steve. They are good friends blah blah blah then he falls off the train. He survived because of tests and stuff as we know, and he is now the Winter Soldier. As he is trained, he also trained others from the Red Room (like Natasha/ Black Widow) and from Hydra (in the comics, Leo, and two other guys), so I feel like he would feel guilt from that. Also, he commits many, many crimes. Like k !11 !ng Tony’s parents, for instance. And also Nick Fury, and nearly k !11! Ng Steve, so he would feel great guilt from almost that. Also, it’s cannon that he k !113 d JFK, sooo yeah. Plus, when we saw Yelena, see had fought her past self a few times, meaning that Bucky could’ve fought the Winter Soldier. And also in TFATWS, when Zemo, Sam, and Bucky went to that one place to get information about the Flag Smashers and Bucky had to pretend to be the Winter Soldier, Zemo “implies” that he would essentially do whatever he is told to do, most likely implying that when Bucky was with Hydra he may have been…used for “other purposes”…So yeah, just a thought :0
