Im soooo proud of my entry. Click on “original” to see the original picture. ______________________ Backstory: Sprinkle was a young cat who loved to lie under the shade of the parasol. One day, Sprinkle felt an awful urge to go to the beach to do what he loved. "Mom, I'm going to the beach!" he shouted. His mother laughed. "Honey, it's winter. How are you going to go to the beach?" she said. Sprinkle was sad. "Oh." When his mother left, she smiled wickedly. She had a plan. After months and months of work, she built a box that fit him and put a kind of sun with a light in it, she put in sand, and of course, an parasol. He got in and stood under the parasol, but the light didn't warm him, of course, it was artificial. He worked for another 2 or 3 months. And when he had it ready, his tallest uncle came and crushed his creation. Sprinkles cried and cried. However, the next day, he woke up on his mother's back. "What's wrong?" he asked. His mother said, "Let's go to the beach." Sprinkle was surprised. Wasn't it winter? "You've been working for months, son. It's summer now!" his mother explained. She smiled. -
