Yay! I actually finished a DTA! this is Astro! Song: Pink Pony Club by Chappell Roan because yes mostly for touchscreen lol
Backstory!!! As a small kitten, Astro was always pushed around by her siblings. They would ALWAYS get to the food before her, leaving very little for her to eat. Her Mother would notice this, but she didn’t care. “She’ll have to figure it out on her own.” She would hear her mother whisper to herself. But that never stopped little Astro from achieving her dreams. Astro was always interested in the stars. Every night, she would look up to the sky, hoping to see a shooting star. Then one night, after moons of looking, she saw one. She raced out of the thick trees, into a field bathed in moonlight. She ran as fast as she could, her tiny legs pushing her along. She ran for the star, almost in reach. But then, she felt something cold. She looked down to her paws, which were wet from a small wave. She realized she had ran all the way to the beach, which she only had memories of her father, who went there and disappeared. She felt scared, lonely, and most of all, tired. She ran under a cave, hoping to find warmth and a place to rest for the night. In the morning, Astro opened her eyes sleepily. She quickly realized the tide came in while she was asleep. Her paws were wet once again. She decided that she was going to find her home again, even if that meant her siblings pushing her around again. Astro stretched, then walked out of the cave, and then a BIG wave came crashing into her. Astro woke up a few hours later, her right leg aching. She looked down to see a large scrape from a rock. She tried to stand up, but her leg was too weak. Her mother always taught her about how to survive once she was older, so she knew just what would help her. A spider web. It could help cover up the scrape, and it would help her feel less pain. For the next couple hours, she searched for a web big enough to cover up the scrape. Then, she ran into another cat, who was named SunFeather. “Hi!” SunFeather said. “What are you doing here?” “Oh, I was just trying to find a Spider web.” Astro replied. “Do you mean this?” SunFeather pulled out a large spider web. “Oh, thank you!” Astro said. “Of course!” SunFeather waved goodbye as Astro walked on her way. (Or maybe, limped?) she was going along when she heard a scream of pain. Astro rushed to the noise, to see a small kitten stuck under a log. “Help!” The kitten said. “The tree fell on me just as I was getting berries! My family is gonna be so worried!” Astro remembered her family. The one she was trying to get home to. She thought about how the kitten must feel. She tried to lift up the heavy log but it was no use. Her small paws were too weak. Then, she got an idea. “SunFeather!!!” She yelled. “SunFeather!” She heard some rustling in the bushes nearby. Then, a small head popped up. “SunFeather!” Astro said. “Hi! What’s going on?” SunFeather replied as she saw the kitten. “I need you to help me.” Astro responded. “Oh, okay!” SunFeather said. They both lifted up the log high enough to let the kitten out. “Thank you THANK YOU!” the kitten said. She hugged Astro and SunFeather. She smiled and happily pranced away. “Well, that was… interesting.” SunFeather said. “Well, bye!” Astro started to walk on her way, to her home. She used to come through the field with her father to go catch fish down by the beach. But this was the first time she had gone there herself. It was getting late, so Astro found a large tree to sleep under. In the morning, Astro’s let was feeling a little bit better. She stretched, (again!) and went on her way. She passed a small pond, so she caught a fish and had some water. She kept walking on, passing markers that told her she was close. Then she saw a figure in the shadows. “Astro, Astro?” The figure said. “Mom?” Astro said. “Astro, is that you?” The figure came out to be her mother. She hugged Astro as hard as she could. “Astro, where were you?” Her mother asked. “Well,” Astro started. “I’ll tell you later.” THE END!
