The ROP will become a part of ULR, but still maintain regional control over the island of Pheonix, and their half of the island of Lont-Sernia. A press release from HOC Hyngman took place a few hours after the official announcement. "We appreciate President John Rher's cooperation and enthusiasm in this unification process.
