Carrying them alone only makes the weight heavier. You don’t have to face this alone. I know being vulnerable about your feelings isn’t easy—it takes courage. But your emotions matter. Every single one of them deserves to be acknowledged and understood. Sadly, mental health is often dismissed or belittled, leaving many afraid to reach out. But you are not weak for struggling, and asking for help is never something to be ashamed of. You are worthy of care, love, and support. Even when the world makes you feel small, even when your mind tells you that you don’t deserve kindness—you do. There are people who want to listen, who genuinely care about what you’re going through. You deserve compassion, and your voice matters.
