The lower quality the better (i know it makes no sense). In scratch quality is advised to be more than 1 for it to work good, in turbowarp: https://turbowarp.org/1169872879/ it can be anything above 0. If the quality is too low scratch/turbowarp doesn't think is red/green/blue anymore and they just make it the mixed color. So to see the cool rgb future: don't put the quality to low. You can change the picture to whatever you want and then it is gonna generate the rgb picture for you
