Roles- There are several different roles in A Red Moon. Here, I'll explain all about them. Direct all questions to the comments on this project! Leader- There can only be one leader at a time, unless special permission is requested. Leaders are in charge of the clan, and it is their duty to keep the clan safe above all. Leaders are granted 5 lives (not 9!!) to serve their clan. You may start an ORP in the Starclan/Dark Forest studio if you'd like to have 5 cats give lives. This is optional. The leader has the ability to declare war (on who?), decide if a cat can join a clan, exile cats, and change alliances. To be a leader, the cat must have been deputy before. Deputy- The deputy is in change of organizing the camp and patrols. They are in charge of keeping the camp fed and neat enough, and can advise the leader on matters. However, they cannot force the leader to make decisions. The deupty will become leader after the leader steps down or die.s. There can be one deputy at a time, unless permission is asked for and granted otherwise. Medicine cat/ med. apprentice- Med. cats' duty is to heal their clanmates. They must be able to know typed of herbs used to treat injuries and wounds. Meds cannot switch alliances unless permission is granted, however they /can/ be exiled. There can be up to 4 med. cats at a time, including med. apprentices. Medicine cats cannot see visions. Searchers- A searcher's job is to scout the territory for prey and threats. They work closely with med cats because they are often handy for gathering herbs when med. cats cannot. Searchers are able to order warriors around, but not Pathfinders. There can be 15 Searchers at a time. Pathfinders- Pathfinders are useful for visions and prophecies. They are blessed with 'Sight' at birth, and are able to use their powers once every irl 3 weeks. They do not have to use their visions for the good of the clan, however. There can be up to 5 Pathfinders at time. The 'Sight' power will be rolled for when the litter is added to the litter hub by me. Warriors- The most common path for a cat, warriors protect the clan and catch food. There can be an unlimited number of warriors. Wanderer- Wanderers are cats that have left their clan, or have been exiled. They are free to wander, and are able to do as they please. Wanderer groups are allowed, talk to me if you'd like to start a new clan. Wanderers cannot enter clan territory unless theyhave explicit permission from the clan leader. There can be an unlimited number of Wanderers. Apprentices- Grouped together with warrior apprentices, Seeker apprentices, and Pathfinder apprentices, these are the young cats in training for their later roles. They are trained by a mentor. There can be an unlimited number of Warrior apprentices, but the number of Seeker and Pathfinders includes apprentices in those groups. Kits- Baby cats. They have no duties, and their role is undetermined unless they are gifted with 'Sight" That's all! Let me know if you have any questions!
